Does cosmetic surgery speed-up the ageing process?
Sculptra – better than Botox?
Cosmetic surgery amongst British men seems more popular than ever with eye lifts for men, colloquially known as ‘manbags’, doing particularly well. Record numbers of men are following George Clooney’s example and going under the knife to rid themselves of the tired, baggy and saggy skin around their eyes. Anecdotal evidence shows that these procedures have more than quadrupled in just two years.
Some men are considering cosmetic surgery to help their job prospects some businessmen feel that they need a smart, youthful look to help give them the edge in both holding onto their current job, looking for promotions, or looking for a new job altogether.
The cosmetic surgery is attractive because it can take as little as an hour to complete, and if the surgery is done under a local anaesthetic, the patient may not need an overnight stay in hospital.
