Chef Gordon Ramsay Admits to Botox Injections
The Secrets of Wrinkles Revealed?
Cosmetic surgeon to the stars Dr Jean Louis Sebagh looks like he is on course for a High Court showdown with a former disgruntled patient.
Dr Sebagh has treated numerous celebrities including Elle Macpherson, Cindy Crawford, Felicity Kendal, Anna Friel and Kylie Minogue. He is so well known that he is sometimes known by the nicknames ‘Mr Botox’ or ‘The Wrinkle Slayer’. However it appears that one of his former patients is not so happy with the outcome of his work.
Businesswoman Nina Pustilnik has accused Dr Sebagh and his company of negligence. She claims that having had treatment at his London clinic three years ago she has suffered from as yet undisclosed personal injuries.
Dr Sebagh is denying the claims and is confident that the claims will not make it all the way to court.
“It is untrue,” he told British newspaper the Daily Mail. “She is an old patient who had some treatment years ago. She had fillers which is nothing.
“Now she claims she has had headaches which is very vague. But there is no side effect unless she can prove it. It is all allegation at the moment. I think what happened is that she woke up one day and needed some money. It’s about revenge.
“She is not suing me. She has sent a complaint letter from her ‘no win, no fee solicitor’. It’s just a letter from a patient’s solicitor to my insurance company allegedly trying to prove negligence, but there is none – at the moment we are just exchanging letters from our solicitors.
“There’s no court case, just allegation of facts, and we are counter-balancing those facts. This is in the hands of the insurance company and will be dealt with by them.”
Procedural Judge Master Yoxall has been assigned to the case. He will now look at the evidence and decide how and if the legal battle should proceed.
